Booking has been a part of Cricket for long, though its illegal in India but still bookies are now looking forward for IPL season 4 to recover the losses they suffered in World Cup 2011.As per some reports, Rs10,000 crore was lost in betting during the World Cup.
In World Cup, bookies turnover was nealry Rs50,000 crore and now they are hoping that in IPL betting will cross the Rs75,000 crore mark. Mumbai Indians are the clear favorites of bookies followed by Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders.
